What this site collects

This website collects only what you choose to send through its contact and showing-request forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots.

What it's used for

Inquiries are used solely to respond to you and to conduct the real estate engagement you request. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It may be shared with service providers strictly as needed to operate this site (hosting and email delivery) and, if you become a client, within Compass systems as part of the brokerage relationship.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures page performance in aggregate. It does not build visitor profiles, and no personal data you submit in forms is shared with analytics.

Retention & your choices

Inquiry records are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage record-keeping obligations, then deleted. You may request a copy or deletion of your inquiry data at any time by emailing rebekahzenor@vailluxe.com. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, and deletion; requests are honored regardless of residence.
