Rebekah Zenor

Broker Associate, Compass — Vail Village. RealTrends Top 1% Real Estate Broker in the United States.

Real estate, practiced the way the great hotels practice hospitality: anticipatory, precise, and personal.

Rebekah's route to the Vail Valley ran through the East Coast and the world beyond it. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in International Economics, adding a Certificate of International Business from L'École Supérieure de Commerce in Grenoble, France — an education that still shapes how she reads a market and a settlement statement.

After university she was invited into Hyatt Hotels' competitive management program and — after some determined lobbying — secured a transfer to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in 2007. The valley took; the corporate path didn't. Choosing to put her guest-service instincts to work in property, she joined Slifer Smith & Frampton in Beaver Creek as office manager and was named "Administrator of the Year" within her first eleven months — an early pattern of learning a business thoroughly from the inside.

A decade in the valley's biggest rooms

Licensed in 2010, Rebekah spent her first decade with Vail's most successful broker teams, including the development sales team for the Four Seasons Private Residences Vail Phase II — the conversion that brought a new generation of whole-ownership residences to One Vail Road. That work built an unusual specialty: she is as fluent in fractional interests, club documents, and resort service agreements as she is in single-family closings.

In 2021 she was recruited to Compass, where her office sits on the second level of Solaris in Vail Village. Long-standing experience serving owners at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail and within leading fractional and destination-club programs. Her practice spans Vail and Beaver Creek luxury property, rental and investment property, fractional ownership — and, with equal conviction, the valley's hard-working local market.

An international practice

Rebekah works with buyers and sellers from across the globe — Mexico, Europe, and beyond — and understands the mechanics that make international transactions succeed: coordination across time zones, foreign-buyer diligence, remote closings that still feel personal. Clients consistently cite the same things: an East Coast work ethic, proficiency with the numbers, creative solutions, integrity, and a relationships-first mentality.

She offers exclusive agency relationships as a Seller's Agent or Buyer's Agent, so clients are never in doubt about whose interests come first.

Home, meanwhile

Rebekah lives down-valley in Eagle Ranch with her husband and two young boys, taking full advantage of the valley's family life in every season — which is to say she sells a place she actually lives.
